Zusammenfassung:	To provide a thermal treatment apparatus which can reduce uneven heating in a width direction of a web.SOLUTION: A thermal treatment apparatus includes a heater group 40 disposed every predetermined spacing along a transport path of a web W running in a front-back direction in a heat treatment chamber 12, and heating the web W. The heater group 40 has left and right heaters 42, 44 disposed in a line at locations corresponding to both left and right side parts of the web W, and a central heater 46 disposed in parallel at a location offset in the front-back direction from the left and right heaters 42, 44 and disposed at a location corresponding to a central part of the web W.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】ウエブの幅方向の加熱むらを小さくできる熱処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】熱処理室１２内を前後方向に走行するウエブＷの搬送路に沿って所定間隔毎に配され、ウエブＷを加熱するヒータ群４０とを有し、ヒータ群４０は、ウエブＷの左右両側部に対応する部分に一直線上に配された左右ヒータ４２，４４と、左右ヒータ４２，４４とは前後方向にずれた位置において平行に配され、かつ、ウエブＷの中央部に対応する部分に配された中央ヒータ４６とを有する。【選択図】図２
