Zusammenfassung:To provide a demolition method for tanks that enables safer demolition work by suppressing instability of tank structure during dismantling of knuckle plates.SOLUTION: A demolition method of a low temperature tank 1 comprises a roof plate dismantling step for dismantling an inner tank roof plate and an outer tank roof plate, and a knuckle plate dismantling step for dismantling a knuckle plate 14, which is thicker than an inner tank side plate 12 and an inner tank roof plate 13, after the roof plate dismantling step. The knuckle plate dismantling step includes a circumferential cutting step in which the knuckle plate 14 is cut in the circumferential direction to form a narrow ring shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】ナックルプレート解体中におけるタンク構造の不安定化を抑制することで、解体作業をより安全におこなうことが可能なタンクの解体方法の提供。【解決手段】低温タンク1の解体方法は、内槽屋根板および外槽屋根板を解体する屋根板解体工程と、屋根板解体工程をおこなった後、内槽側板12および内槽屋根板13よりも板厚のナックルプレート14を解体するナックルプレート解体工程と、を備えている。ナックルプレート解体工程は、ナックルプレート14を周方向に沿って切断して幅狭のリング状に形成する周方向切断工程を含んでいる。【選択図】図2
