Zusammenfassung: | To provide a wiring harness cabling structure which can suppress an increase of weight while having a plurality of wiring harnesses.SOLUTION: A wiring harness cabling structure 2 comprises: a motor wiring harness 5 being an apparatus wiring harness for introducing power to an inverter 13 from a battery 4; a quick charge wiring harness 6 for introducing power supplied from a quick charging port 16 to the battery 4; and a normal charge wiring harness 7 for introducing power supplied from a normal charge port 17 to the battery 4. A front-side connection part 43f connected with a part of the motor wiring harness 5, a part of the quick charge wiring harness 6 and a part of the normal charge wiring harness 7 is arranged at a portion of the casing 41 of the battery 4 at a vehicle front side, and a rear-side connection part 43r connected with the other part is arranged at a portion of the casing 41 at a vehicle rear side. The front-side connection part 43f and the rear-side connection part 43r are electrically connected to each other by an internal wiring harness 8 which is arranged in the casing 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】複数のハーネスを備えながらも、重量の増加を抑制できるハーネス配設構造を提供する。【解決手段】ハーネス配設構造2は、バッテリ4からインバータ13に電力を導く機器用ハーネスであるモータ用ハーネス5と、急速充電口16から供給される電力をバッテリ4に導く急速充電用ハーネス6と、普通充電口17から供給される電力をバッテリ4に導く普通充電用ハーネス7と、を備える。バッテリ4のケーシング41のうち車両前方側の部分に、モータ用ハーネス5、急速充電用ハーネス6、及び普通充電用ハーネス7の一部が接続される前方側接続部43fが設けられ、ケーシング41のうち車両後方側の部分に、他部が接続される後方側接続部43rが設けられる。前方側接続部43f及び後方側接続部43rは、ケーシング41の内部に配置された内部ハーネス8によって互いに電気的に接続されている。【選択図】図5 |
