Zusammenfassung: | To provide an inkjet printer with increased efficiency of light irradiation.SOLUTION: A printer includes: a discharge part 12; a light irradiation part 16; a carriage in which the discharge part 12 and the light irradiation part 16 are loaded, and which is disposed to be freely movable in a main scanning direction; and a control part 20. The control part 20 executes: a printing operation for discharging ink from the discharge part 12; and a post-irradiation operation for irradiating the ink with light from the light irradiation part 16 at a predetermined post-irradiation pass number, without discharging ink from the discharge part 12. Further, the control part includes an irradiation control part 25 which updates a post-irradiation width every time the carriage scans in the main scanning direction at the post-irradiation pass number in the post-irradiation operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】光の照射が効率化されたインクジェットプリンタを提供する。【解決手段】プリンタは、吐出部12と、光照射部16と、吐出部12と光照射部16とが搭載され、主走査方向に移動自在に設けられたキャリッジと、制御部20と、を備える。制御部20は、吐出部12からインクを吐出する印刷動作と、吐出部12からのインク吐出を行わずに、予め定められた後照射パス数でインクに対して光照射部16から光を照射する後照射動作と、を実行可能なように構成されており、後照射動作においてキャリッジが後照射パス数の数だけ主走査方向に走査するたびに後照射幅を更新する照射制御部25を備える。【選択図】図3 |
