Zusammenfassung:To provide a manufacturing method of non-woven fabric which has uniformity of an applied hydrophilizing agent in order to improve permeability of the non-woven fabric, and to provide the non-woven fabric manufactured by the manufacturing method.SOLUTION: In a process of preparing a coating liquid of a manufacturing method of non-woven fabric, dilution water has electric conductivity of 0.3 mS/m or less. When the electric conductivity of dilution water is 0.3 mS/m or less, relatively small amount of Ca ion (+) remains in the dilution water. In the coating liquid provided by diluting a hydrophilizing agent with the dilution water, the hydrophilizing agent provided with anion (-) on a hydrophilic portion which is adsorbed onto Ca ion (+) decreases as a whole and, therefore, the hydrophilizing agent in the coating liquid can be uniformly dispersed. Accordingly, by applying the coating liquid onto the surface of non-woven fabric, uniformity of the applied hydrophilizing agent is secured and the permeability can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】不織布の透過性を向上させるために、塗布された親水化剤の均一性を有する不織布の製造方法およびこの製造方法により製造される不織布を提供する。【解決手段】不織布の製造方法の塗工液を調製する工程において、希釈水が0.3mS/m以下の電気導電度を備えるものとする。希釈水の電気導電度が0.3(mS/m)以下であると、希釈水には、比較的少量のCaイオン(+)が残存している。この希釈水によって親水化剤を希釈した塗工液において、Caイオン(+)に吸着される、親水性部分にアニオン(−)を備える親水化剤は全体的に少なくなるため、塗工液中の親水化剤を均一に分散させることができる。したがって、この塗工液を不織布の表面に塗布することにより、塗布された親水化剤の均一性を確保し、透過性を向上させることができる。【選択図】図2
