Zusammenfassung:To propose a negative-pressure suction seal that is able to suck negative pressure easily even if an object surface has a projecting portion and is able to reduce friction between the seal and the object surface.SOLUTION: A negative-pressure suction seal is composed of a seal fixing portion, a seal extending/shortening portion, and a seal free-end portion. The seal extending/shortening portion is composed of a portion that tapers toward an object surface from a portion coupled to an inner edge of the seal fixing portion. The seal free-end portion is composed of a portion broadening outward from the inner edge coupled to the seal extending/shortening portion. The seal fixing portion is fixed to a sucker frame and comprises an annular sealing member that air-tightly couples an outer peripheral edge of the sucker frame and an outer peripheral edge of the seal free-end portion. Thus, an air-tight annular space surrounded by the outer periphery of the sucker frame, the seal fixing portion, the seal extending/shortening portion, the seal free-end portion, and the annular sealing member is formed to provide a valve mechanism for causing a fluid to flow into the air-tight annular space or causing the fluid to discharge from the air-tight annular space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 【課題】物体表面に突起部分があっても容易に負圧吸着可能で、さらにシールと物体表面との摩擦力を低減可能な負圧吸着シールを提案。【解決手段】負圧吸着シールはシール固定部と、シール伸縮部と、シール自由端部から構成されており、シール伸縮部はシール固定部の内縁部に連結された部分から物体表面に近づくにつれ狭まった部分から構成されており、シール自由端部はシール伸縮部に連結された内縁部からさらに外側に拡がった部分から構成されており、シール固定部は吸盤フレームに固定されており、吸盤フレームの外周縁部と、シール自由端部の外周縁部とを気密に連結する環状封止部材が具備されており、而して、吸盤フレームの外周部と、シール固定部と、シール伸縮部と、シール自由端部と、環状封止部材により包囲された気密な環状の空間が形成されており、気密な環状の空間へ流体を挿入するための、あるいは、気密な環状の空間から流体を排出するための弁機構を具備。【選択図】図9
