To provide a heat-generating sheet having excellent heat-generating properties and a laminate provided with the heat-generating sheet.SOLUTION: A heat-generating sheet 1 includes: a resin sheet 2 containing an alkoxysilyl group-containing polymer as a main component; a heat-generating element layer 3 that generates heat when a voltage is applied; a first main electrode 4 and a second main electrode 5 for applying a voltage to the heat-generating element layer 3; a connection unit 8 that connects the first main electrode 4 and a first linear electrode 6; and a connection unit 9 that connects the second main electrode 5 and a second linear electrode 7.
