To provide a medical institution support system and a medical institution support server for reducing a patient's waiting time in a medical institution and a pharmacy.SOLUTION: A medical institution support system 100 comprises: a user terminal 8 carried by a patient; medical institution terminals 5 provided in medical institutions; and a support server 1 communicably connected to the user terminal 8 and the medical institution terminals 5, and the support server 1 comprises a user information storage unit 32 that stores information associating a card number used for payment of medical costs with a user ID for identifying the patient, which are received from the user terminal 8 in advance.
