MEDICAL INSTITUTION SUPPORT SYSTEM AND MEDICAL INSTITUTION SUPPORT SERVER

To provide a medical institution support system and a medical institution support server for reducing a waiting time required from the arrival of a patient at a medical institution until medical examination.SOLUTION: A medical institution support system 100 comprises: a user terminal 8 carried by a patient; medical institution terminals 5 provided in medical institutions; and a support server 1 communicably connected to the user terminal 8 and the medical institution terminals 5. A control unit of the user terminal 8 transmits medical examination application information to the support server 1. A control unit 10 of the support server 1 receives the medical examination application information from the user terminal 8, stores the received medical examination application information in an application information storage unit 35 in association with information indicating the order of the medical examination, calculates a medical examination scheduled time based on the order of the medical examination associated with the medical examination application information stored in the application information storage unit 35, and notifies a corresponding user terminal 8 of the calculated medical examination scheduled time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】患者が医療機関に到着してから診察までに要する待ち時間を短縮するための医療機関支援システム及び医療機関支援サーバを提供する。【解決手段】患者が所持する利用者端末８と、各医療機関に設けられた医療機関端末５と、利用者端末８及び医療機関端末５に対して通信可能に接続された支援サーバ１と、を備えた医療機関支援システム１００は、利用者端末８の制御部が、診察申込情報を支援サーバ１に送信し、支援サーバ１の制御部１０が、利用者端末８から診察申込情報を受信し、受信した診察申込情報を、診察順を示す情報に対応付けて申込情報記憶部３５に記憶し、申込情報記憶部３５に記憶された診察申込情報の前記診察順に基づいて診察予定時間を算出し、算出した診察予定時間を、対応する利用者端末８に通知する。【選択図】図１
