Zusammenfassung: | To provide a magnetic particle flaw inspection device and magnetic particle flaw inspection method which can perform magnetic particle inspection of a threaded steel pipe regardless of the shape of a screw part and an inspection portion.SOLUTION: A magnetic particle flaw inspection device 1 comprises: a magnetization unit 20 which magnetizes a screw part 2b of a threaded steel pipe 2; a magnetic particle supply unit 16 which supplies magnetic particles to the screw part 2b; imaging devices 14a to 14h which are arranged side by side in the axial direction of the threaded steel pipe 2 to image the screw part 2b; and an image processing unit 33 which combines photographed images Img-a to Img-h photographed by the imaging devices 14a to 14h. The imaging devices 14a to 14h are arranged such that the screw part 2b is continuously imaged by an imaging end region in the axial direction in each of the photographed images Img-a to Img-h. The image processing unit 33 connects the imaging end regions by the imaging devices 14a to 14h to combine the photographed images Img-a to Img-h.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
