Zusammenfassung: | To solve the problem in which conventionally, wavy abrasion occurring on a top face of a rail is eliminated by polishing the top face with a dedicated polishing vehicle through work which must be performed outside business hours and which requires a considerable amount of time to perform.SOLUTION: A rail maintenance system installed on passenger cars of a railway vehicle includes: a wavy abrasion detector that detects wavy abrasion of rails by sound; rail polishing means that applies a polishing body to the rails; and a curve detector that detects a direction of a curve of the vehicle. The curve detector detects that the vehicle is traveling on a curve. When the wavy abrasion detector detects wavy abrasion, the rail polishing means applies the polishing body to the rail on the inner rail side to polish the rail. The rail maintenance system detects the presence of wavy abrasion by sound and presses the polishing body against the top face of the rail. Thus, a commercial vehicle performs the polishing work little by little, allowing the wavy abrasion to be eliminated without using a polishing vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】レールの頭頂面に生じる波状摩耗は従来、専用の研摩車で頭頂面を研摩することで解消させていたが、営業時間以外で作業を行わなければならないうえに、研摩作業はかなりの時間を有していた。【解決手段】鉄道車両における客車に搭載されるレール保全システムであって、音でレールの波状摩耗を検出する波状摩耗検出器と、前記レールに研摩体を当てるレール研摩手段と、車両のカーブの方向を検出するカーブ検出器を有し、前記カーブ検出器で車両がカーブを進行中であることを検出し、前記波状摩耗検出器で波状摩耗を検出したら、前記レール研摩手段により、内軌側の前記レールに前記研摩体を当て、レール研摩することを特徴とするレール保全システムは、波状摩耗の存在を音で検知し、研摩体をレールの頭頂面に押し当てることで、営業車両が少しずつ研摩作業を行うので、研摩車を用いなくても波状摩耗を解消することができる。【選択図】図1 |
