To output an output signal by more accurately detecting the body of a user being nearby a sensor electrode.SOLUTION: A detection device comprises: a sensor electrode which comes to have larger capacity as an interval with an object of detection becomes shorter. A detection signal X1 of capacitance from the sensor electrode is inputted into a control circuit of the detection device.
