To provide a garment body having a structure in which blowers are hardly removed, and a garment with the blowers are attached to the garment body.SOLUTION: A garment body 10 includes a fabric part 11, a reinforcement member 12, and a lining part 13, through holes 116, 131 for attaching a blower for taking in outside air are respectively formed in the fabric part, the reinforcement member and the lining part, and the reinforcement member is arranged on the fabric part with the center of the through hole substantially coincident with the center of the through hole 116. The lining part is arranged on the reinforcement member with the center of the through hole 131 substantially coincident with the center of the through hole 116. The fabric part, the reinforcement member and the lining part are stitched together by a first suture line S1 located on the outer side than respective fitting holes 116, 131, and a second suture line S2 located on the outer side than the first suture line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】送風装置が外れ難くい構造を有する衣服本体、及び、衣服本体に送風装置が取り付けられた衣服を提供する。【解決手段】衣服本体１０は、服地部１１と、補強部材１２と、裏地部１３とを備え、服地部、補強部材及び裏地部には、それぞれ、外気を取り込む送風装置を取り付けるための貫通穴１１６、１３１が形成され、補強部材は服地部上に、貫通穴の中心が貫通穴１１６の中心と略一致した状態で配置されている。裏地部は補強部材上に、貫通穴１３１の中心が貫通穴１１６の中心と略一致した状態で配置されている。服地部と、補強部材と、裏地部とは、各取付穴１１６、１３１よりも外側に位置する第一縫合線Ｓ１と、第一縫合線よりも外側に位置する第二縫合線Ｓ２とによって縫合されている。【選択図】図２
