SHEET GUIDING DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

To provide an image forming apparatus capable of smoothly swinging a swing guide to a guide position in conjunction with an operation of closing an opening/closing cover.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes: an opening/closing cover 130 provided so as to be openable and closable to an apparatus main body and a swing guide 48 constituted so as to be swingable between a guide position for guiding a sheet and a retreat position retreated from the guide position, and swings the swing guide 48 positioned at the retreat position in conjunction with operation for closing the opening/closing cover 130 to the guide position.
