To grasp a behavior of an own vehicle during an automatic driving mode in advance.SOLUTION: A vehicle notification system S includes a travel control part 42 for performing automatic driving control of a vehicle in accordance with vehicle state information and peripheral environment information, and a notification device (a notification part) 50 for notifying an occupant getting on a vehicle of information on a virtual driver simulating the movement of a person corresponding to the automatic driving control. The occupant can grasp contents that a behavior of the vehicle is changed in advance through the virtual driver before the behavior of the vehicle (an own vehicle) is changed during an automatic driving mode.
