Zusammenfassung: | To set a feedback control gain of a welding current in various welding conditions to a proper value in pulse arc welding.SOLUTION: According a pulse arc welding control method, a welding current Iw, which rises from a base current value Ib to a peak current value Ip during a rise period Tu, becomes the peak current value Ip during a peak period Tp, and falls from the peak current value Ip to the base current value Ib during a fall-down period Id, is electrically conducted repeatedly as one pulse cycle, and the welding current Iw is feedback-controlled on the basis of a current set value. In this method, a differential value between a current detection value of the welding current Iw and the current set value is detected, the differential value is integrated over a prescribed period during the pulse cycle to detect a difference integral value, and a feedback gain is automatically adjusted on the basis of the difference integral value. 【課題】パルスアーク溶接において、種々の溶接条件における溶接電流のフィードバック制御のゲインを適正値に設定すること。【解決手段】立上り期間Tu中はベース電流値Ibからピーク電流値Ipへと上昇し、ピーク期間Tp中はピーク電流値Ipとなり、立下り期間Td中はピーク電流値Ipからベース電流値Ibへと下降し、ベース期間Tb中はベース電流値Ibとなる溶接電流Iwを1パルス周期として繰り返して通電し、溶接電流Iwは電流設定値に基づいてフィードバック制御されるパルスアーク溶接制御方法において、溶接電流Iwの電流検出値と電流設定値との差分値を検出し、パルス周期中の所定期間にわたって差分値を積分して差分積分値を検出し、差分積分値に基づいてフィードバック制御のゲインを自動調整する。所定期間は、パルス周期の全期間である。【選択図】 図1 |
