Zusammenfassung: | To securely guide cooling water to a part to be bored, with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A surgical guide 2 to be mounted in an oral cavity has a water flow pipe 4 for externally guiding a cooling liquid to a living body part to be bored inside the surgical guide. The water flow pipe 4 is disposed so that its inside end part 4A opens in the vicinity of a lower edge 3UE of a sleeve 3 provided on the surgical guide 2 and faces the part AB1 to be bored and its outside end part 4B extends outwardly from the surgical guide 2. The water flow pipe 4 is disposed in a radial direction with respect to an axis core O1 of the sleeve 3 and is provided in an inclined state. The outside end part 4B of the water flow pipe 4 is connected to a cooling liquid supply mechanism 6 for sending the cooling liquid to the surgical guide 2 in synchronization with an operation of a drill, where the cooling liquid is guided to the part AB1 to be bored only when the drill operates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】簡素な構成で確実に穿孔予定部位に冷却水を導く。【解決手段】口腔内に装着されるサージカルガイド2に、冷却液を外部からサージカルガイド内の生体穿孔予定部位に導く通水管4を設けて構成される。通水管4は、内側端部4Aが、サージカルガイド2に設けられたスリーブ3の下縁3UE近傍に開口して穿孔予定部位AB1に臨むように、かつ外側端部4Bが、サージカルガイド2から外方に延出するよう配置される。通水管4は、スリーブ3の軸芯O1に対して放射方向に配置され、かつ、傾斜させて設けられる。通水管4の外側端部4Bは、ドリルの動作と同期して冷却液をサージカルガイド2に送り込む冷却液供給機構6に接続され、穿孔予定部位AB1には、ドリル動作時のみ冷却液が導かれるようになっている。【選択図】図5 |
