Zusammenfassung: | To provide a motor drive device performing SBW control in which by performing extinction of load energy according to an operation sequence of motor drive, heat generation suppression of circuit elements and reduction in element count can be achieved.SOLUTION: A motor control unit 30 energizes coils 21a-21c of three-phase motor 21 in SRM from a vehicle power supply 1 to perform rotation drive control for controlling a shift range switching mechanism 4 of SRM. The motor control unit 30 energizes coils of an energizing phase via MOSs for energization 31-33 when energizing each phase, and in alternation ON drive control during a current maintenance period, flows a reflex current via MOSs for reflex 34-36 in an OFF state to suppress the heat generation. The motor control unit 30 turns MOSs for reflex 34-36 OFF to perform extinction of energy in diodes 34a-36a when the energization of the energizing phase is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】SBW制御を行うモータ駆動装置において、モータ駆動の動作シーケンスに応じた負荷のエネルギー消弧を行うことで、回路素子の発熱抑制と素子数の減少を図ることができるモータ駆動装置を提供する。【解決手段】モータ制御部30は、車両電源1からSRMの三相モータ21の各コイル21a〜21cに通電して回転駆動制御を行い、SBWのシフトレンジ切替機構4の制御を行う。モータ制御部30は、各相への通電を行う際、通電用MOS31〜33により通電相のコイルに通電し、電流維持期間の交互のオン駆動制御では、オフ時に還流電流を還流用MOS34〜36により流し、発熱の抑制をする。また、通電相への通電停止時には還流用MOS34〜36をオフにしてダイオード34a〜36aでエネルギー消弧をする。【選択図】図1 |
