Zusammenfassung: | To provide a manufacturing method of an electrode laminate capable of compressing the electrode laminate properly.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a sheet-like electrode laminate used as the electrode of a cell, an electrode laminate 100 is formed by forming a layer 120, including a first electrode material layer 121 of at least any one of positive and negative electrodes, on each of a first face 111 of a sheet-like collector 110 and a second face 112 on the opposite side to the first face 111. A mold 1 is brought into surface contact with both lateral faces located at both ends 125 in the width direction intersecting in the lamination direction, out of the electrode laminate 100. In a state where the mold 1 is in surface contact with both lateral faces, both ends of the electrode laminate 100 in the width direction are compressed in the lamination direction, out of the electrode laminate 100. The mold 1 is separated from both lateral faces of the electrode laminate 100. Assuming the relative direction of movement of a press roller and the electrode laminate 100 as a direction intersecting the width direction, the electrode laminate 100 is roll pressed in the lamination direction by means of the press roller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】電極積層体を適切に圧縮することが可能な電極積層体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】電池の電極として用いられるシート状の電極積層体を製造する方法において、シート状の集電体110の第1面111と、第1面111とは反対側の第2面112との各々に、少なくとも正負極何れかの第1電極材層121を含む層120を形成することで、電極積層体100が形成される。電極積層体100のうち、積層方向に交差する幅方向の両端部125に位置する両側面の各々に、型1が面接触される。両側面に型1が面接触された状態で、電極積層体100のうち該幅方向の両端部が、積層方向に圧縮される。電極積層体100の両側面から、型1が離間される。プレスローラと電極積層体100の相対的な移動方向を幅方向に交差する方向として、電極積層体100が、プレスローラによって積層方向にロールプレスされる。【選択図】図2 |
