ORDER SYSTEM

To eliminate the need for settlement processing of each store in an environment in which a plurality of stores are installed in the same area by enabling a customer to easily place an order to a store side by using an owned portable terminal without forcing the store side to bear a large equipment burden and without requiring the customer to have time and effort to retrieve an order screen.SOLUTION: Order screen data with store position data corresponding thereto is extracted by screen extraction means, and outputted to position information of a customer portable terminal outputted to a communication part of the customer portable terminal by position information transmission means, and the order screen based on order input screen data is displayed on a display part of the customer portable terminal by order screen display means. Also, order transmission means outputs order contents inputted through an input part of the customer portable terminal as customer order data, order management means outputs store order reception data to be received by a corresponding store on the basis of the customer order data, and order reception means displays the order contents on a display part of a store portable terminal on the basis of the store order reception data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】店舗側に大きな設備負担を強いることなく、顧客が注文画面を探すための時間や手間を要することなく所持する携帯端末を利用して店側に容易に注文することを可能とし、同じ領域に複数の店舗が設置される環境においても店舗毎の決済処理を不要にする。【解決手段】位置情報送信手段により顧客携帯端末の通信部に出力された顧客携帯端末の位置情報に、店舗位置データが対応する注文画面データが画面抽出手段で抽出され出力され、注文画面表示手段により、注文入力画面データに基づく注文画面が顧客携帯端末の表示部に表示される。また、注文送信手段により、顧客携帯端末の入力部を介して入力された注文内容が顧客注文データとして出力され、注文管理手段により、対応する店舗が受け取る店舗受注データが顧客注文データに基づき出力され、注文受手段により、注文内容が、店舗受注データに基づき店舗携帯端末の表示部に表示される。【選択図】図１
