Evaluation value calculation sections 36A to 36D calculate a plurality of microphone-specific evaluation values Em using positions corresponding to the microphones 25A to 25D on the surface of the inspection object as evaluation points on the basis of the hitting sound collected by the plurality of microphones 25A to 25D. 【課題】検査対象物の状態の評価を正確に行なう。【解決手段】検査対象物の表面をハンマー20で打撃し、ハンマー20による打音を複数のマイク25A〜25Dで検出する。評価値算出部36A〜36Dは、複数のマイク25A〜25Dで集音された打音に基づいて、検査対象物の表面上のマイク25A〜25Dに対応する位置を評価点とする複数のマイク別評価値Emを算出する。評価部50は、打撃毎に算出された複数のマイク別評価値Emの差分に基づいて検査対象物の状態を評価する。【選択図】図8 |
