To provide a heating device capable of improving utilization efficiency of heat.SOLUTION: A heating device includes: a plurality of heaters; and a control part for controlling the output of each heater individually in such a manner that the total sum of the output of the plurality of heaters becomes the plurality of output levels allocated in stages. The control part maintains or increases the output of each heater when switching the output level from a small direction to a large direction. It maintains or decreases the output of each heater when switching the output level from the large direction to the small direction.
