To suppress occurrence of unintended inconvenience for a user due to an operation from a remote operation terminal, in a bathroom air conditioner installed on a ceiling and the like.SOLUTION: In the case where a propriety flag which shows propriety of a control command from a remote operation terminal 6 shows that it is acceptable, the control command from the remote operation terminal 6 is determined to be effective, and in the case where the propriety flag shows that it is not acceptable, the control command from the remote operation terminal 6 is determined to be ineffective.
