MANUFACTURING METHOD OF DECORATIVE RESIN PRODUCT

To provide a manufacturing method capable of advantageously manufacturing even a decorative resin product having a complicated three-dimensional shape or the like, which is conventionally difficult to manufacture by an insert molding method.SOLUTION: First, by using a transparent or translucent ultraviolet curable paint containing a heat curing agent, a decorative sheet through which the ultraviolet curable paint can penetrate, a transparent or translucent synthetic resin film, and a base film, a laminate film that is laminated in order a layer made of a decorative sheet containing a semi-cured product of the ultraviolet curable paint, a layer made of the semi-cured product of the ultraviolet curable paint, and a layer made of the synthetic resin film are manufactured on one surface of the base film. Next, a target decorative resin product is manufactured by integrally molding a synthetic resin base material on the other surface of the laminated film according to an insert molding method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】従来はインサート成形法で製造が困難であって複雑な三次元形状等を有する加飾樹脂製品であっても、有利に製造することが出来る製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】先ず、熱硬化剤を含む透明又は半透明の紫外線硬化型塗料、かかる紫外線硬化型塗料が浸透可能な加飾シート、透明又は半透明の合成樹脂製フィルム及びベースフィルムを用いて、ベースフィルムの一の面上に、紫外線硬化型塗料の半硬化物を内在する加飾シートからなる層、紫外線硬化型塗料の半硬化物からなる層、及び合成樹脂製フィルムからなる層が、この順に従って積層されてなる積層フィルムを製造し、次いで、積層フィルムの他の一の面上に、インサート成形法に従い、合成樹脂製基材を一体的に成形せしめることにより、目的とする加飾樹脂製品を製造する。【選択図】図３
