Zusammenfassung:To provide a solidification material of a plant-derived crushed piece and a formation method using a plant-derived crushed piece and mainly, as a solidification material, inorganic salts, for example, magnesium oxide, which shorten a manufacturing period and enable manufacture of inexpensive and strong agri-board.SOLUTION: A solidification material of a plant-derived crushed piece and a formation method includes adding dissolution water 4 dissolved with potassium dihydrogen phosphate of a sub-solidification material as a reaction accelerator that is hydrolyzed with water, is chemically reacted with the inorganic salt and causes a fixing reaction, to a uniform agitation mixture 3 of magnesium oxide 2 of a main solidification material and a crushed piece 1, as a solidification material of a plant-derived crushed piece 1 such as a crushed piece of a base material of agri-board, pressure-holding it and manufacturing an agri-board in a short time. The dissolution water is used in which hardly soluble potassium dihydrogen phosphate is dissolved in water for approximately 10 hours before addition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】植物由来の破砕片と主に固化材として無機塩類の例えば、酸化マグネシウムを使用する固化材および形成方法において、製造期間を短縮し、安価で強固なアグリボードを製造する、植物由来の破砕片の固化材および形成方法である。【解決手段】アグリボードの素材である破砕片等の植物由来の破砕片1の固化材として、主固化材の酸化マグネシウム2と破砕片1の均一撹拌混合物3に、水で加水分解し前記無機塩と化学反応し固着反応を生じる反応促進剤としての副固化材のリン酸二水素カリウムを溶解した溶解水4を添加し、加圧保持して短時間にアグリボードを製造するする植物由来の破砕片の固化材および形成方法を提供する。ここで、難溶性のリン酸二水素カリウムを添加前に、約10時間をかけて水に溶解させた溶解水を使用する。【選択図】図1
