To provide a water activating device capable of more highlighting taste of foods and drinks.SOLUTION: A water activating device 1 includes a water passing pipe 11 where a fluid flows in an inside, and permanent magnets 12A, 12B arranged in pair with the water passing pipe 11 interposed therebetween to apply magnetism to the fluid flowing in the inside of the water passing pipe 11.
