PARKING LOT SERVER, HANDICAPPED COMPARTMENT FRAUDULENT USE DETECTION SYSTEM, HANDICAPPED COMPARTMENT FRAUDULENT USE DETECTION METHOD, AND PROGRAM

To provide a parking lot server capable of preventing fraudulent use of a handicapped compartment even when management of a parking lot is made unmanned or automated.SOLUTION: A parking lot server includes: a request information receiving unit that receives request information from a user terminal which is a terminal of a user who desires utilization of a handicapped compartment; a list collation unit that collates terminal identification information, which is contained in the received request information and is information of identifying the user terminal, with each of entries contained in a predetermined blacklist, and that, when the terminal identification information does not agree with any of the entries contained in the blacklist, appends entry information, which includes the terminal identification information, as an entry to a whitelist; and a password information transmission unit that transmits, to a user terminal corresponding to the terminal identification information appended to the whitelist, password information which is information on a password to be used to unlock a handicapped compartment display device which is a device that displays a fact that an associated compartment is a handicapped compartment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】駐車場の管理を無人化、自動化した場合であっても障害者用車室の不正利用を防止することができる駐車場サーバを提供する。【解決手段】障害者用車室の利用を希望するユーザの端末であるユーザ端末から要求情報を受信する要求情報受信部と、受信した要求情報に含まれ、ユーザ端末を識別する情報である端末識別情報を所定のブラックリストに含まれる各エントリと照合し、端末識別情報がブラックリストに含まれる各エントリと一致しない場合に、端末識別情報を含むエントリ情報をエントリとしてホワイトリストに追加するリスト照合部と、ホワイトリストに追加された端末識別情報に対応するユーザ端末に、対応する車室が障害者用車室である旨の表示を行う装置である障害者用車室表示装置のロック解除に用いられるパスワードの情報であるパスワード情報を送信するパスワード情報送信部を含む。【選択図】図３
