Zusammenfassung: | To provide a printing method that can obtain printed matters having designability and image quality due to excellent uneven shape, and can maintain the designability and image quality due to excellent uneven shape over a long term.SOLUTION: A printing method comprises the steps of: forming a volume expansion agent layer by imparting a volume expansion agent composition containing a volume expansion agent; imparting a volume expansion suppressor composition containing the volume expansion suppressor to the volume expansion agent layer; curing the volume expansion agent layer by irradiating active energy ray; and expanding a volume by heating the volume expansion agent layer, in which the viscosity at 25°C of the volume expansion agent composition is 50 mPa s or larger and 1,500 mPa s or smaller, and a difference between static surface tension of the volume expansion agent composition and static surface tension of the volume expansion suppressor composition is 5 mN/m or smaller by an absolute value.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】優れた凹凸形状による意匠性及び画像品質を有する印刷物が得られると共に、長期間に亘って優れた凹凸形状による意匠性及び画像品質を保持することができる印刷方法の提供。【解決手段】体積膨張剤を含有する体積膨張剤組成物を付与して体積膨張剤層を形成する体積膨張剤層形成工程と、体積膨張抑制剤を含有する体積膨張抑制剤組成物を前記体積膨張剤層に付与する体積膨張抑制剤組成物付与工程と、活性エネルギー線の照射により、前記体積膨張剤層を硬化させる硬化工程と、前記体積膨張剤層を加熱することにより体積膨張させる体積膨張工程と、を含み、前記体積膨張剤組成物の25℃における粘度が50mPa・s以上1,500mPa・s以下であり、前記体積膨張剤組成物の静的表面張力と前記体積膨張抑制剤組成物の静的表面張力との差が、絶対値で、5mN/m以下である印刷方法である。【選択図】なし |
