Zusammenfassung: | To provide a maleic anhydride graft modified polyethylene excellent in adhesiveness, with improved extrusion processability, solving a problem of its large neck-in at extrusion processing due to its conventionally large melt flow rate.SOLUTION: A laminate includes a substrate layer 2, an aluminum layer 5, an adhesion layer 9, and a thermoplastic resin layer 8 laminated in this order from a surface layer side. The adhesion layer is a fusion co-extrusion layer at least including an acid-modified polyethylene 6 and a low-density polyethylene 7, with the acid-modified polyethylene layer arranged on the aluminum layer side and the low-density polyethylene layer arranged on the thermoplastic resin layer side. The adhesion layer is sandwiched and laminated with the substrate layer, the aluminum layer and the thermoplastic resin layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】接着性に優れた無水マレイン酸グラフト変性ポリエチレンはメルトフローレートが大きく、押出し加工時のネックインが大きくなるため、押出し加工性が悪いという問題があった。【解決手段】表層側から、基材層2、アルミ層5、接着層9、熱可塑性樹脂層8の順に積層され、接着層が少なくとも酸変性ポリエチレン6と低密度ポリエチレン7を含み、かつ、アルミ層側に酸変性ポリエチレン層が、熱可塑性樹脂層側に低密度ポリエチレン層が配置された溶融共押出し層であり、基材層、アルミ層、熱可塑性樹脂層とサンドイッチラミネートされている。【選択図】図1 |
