Zusammenfassung: | To provide a producing method of printed matters, which is excellent in wetting and spreading of a dropped ink relative to base materials having different surface quality, and, can suppress deterioration of image quality due to coalescence and color mixture of the dropped ink, and can produce printed matters having high toughness.SOLUTION: A production method of printed matters comprises the steps of: forming an intermediate layer on a base material 19; forming an ink receiving layer by imparting an ink receiving layer forming liquid to the intermediate layer; and forming an image by imparting an ink to the ink receiving layer by an inkjet method, in which static surface tension γ1 of the ink receiving layer forming liquid and static surface tension γ2 of the ink at 25°C satisfy the following formula γ1≥γ2, and the viscosity of the ink receiving layer forming liquid at 25°C is 40 mPa s or larger and 20,000 mPa s or smaller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】表面性状が異なる基材に対して、滴下したインクの濡れ拡がりに優れ、かつ、滴下したインクの合一及び混色などによる画像品質の低下を抑制することができ、堅牢性の高い印刷物を製造することができる印刷物の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】基材19上に中間層を形成する中間層形成工程と、前記中間層に、インク受容層形成液を付与してインク受容層を形成するインク受容層形成工程と、前記インク受容層にインクをインクジェット法で付与して画像を形成する画像形成工程と、を含み、25℃における前記インク受容層形成液の静的表面張力γ1と、前記インクの静的表面張力γ2とが、次式、γ1≧γ2、を満たし、25℃における前記インク受容層形成液の粘度が、40mPa・s以上20,000mPa・s以下である、印刷物の製造方法。【選択図】図1 |
