Zusammenfassung:To provide a strainer that removes coarse particles from slurry containing the coarse particles high in solid constituent load, and provide a coarse particle removal apparatus.SOLUTION: A strainer 100 is provided for removing coarse particles from slurry. The strainer includes: a bypass pipe 20 arranging piping 21 diverging from a straight tube 10 diagonally downward, and arranging the piping descending in parallel to the straight tube 10 and diagonally merging to the straight tube 10; and an air-released removal pipe 30 descended and arranged after arranging the piping branching aside further from an upper bending part 22 of the bypass pipe 20. The strainer has: a first slit part 40 being the slit in the straight tube 10 and being in parallel to the piping 21 branching diagonally downward, and having an upper side on the same face as a bottom surface 21b of the piping 21 branching diagonally downward; and a second slit part 50 being the slit in the bypass pipe 20 and being in parallel to the piping branching aside, and having the upper side on the same face as a bottom surface 22b of the piping branching aside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】固体成分負荷が高い粗大粒子を含んだスラリーから粗大粒子を除去するストレーナー及び粗大粒子除去装置を提供する。【解決手段】スラリーから粗大粒子を除去するストレーナー100であって、直管10から斜め下方に分岐する配管21を配置させてから前記直管10と平行に降下し、前記直管10に斜めに合流する配管を配置させるバイパス管20と、前記バイパス管20の上部屈曲部22からさらに横に分岐する配管を配置させてから降下配置させた大気解放状態の抜出管30と、を備え、前記直管10内であって、前記斜め下方に分岐する配管21と平行なスリットで、かつ該斜め下方に分岐する配管21の底面21bと同一面上に上辺がある第1スリット部40と、前記バイパス管20内であって、前記横に分岐する配管と平行なスリットで、かつ該横に分岐する配管の底面22bと同一面上に上辺がある第2スリット部50を有することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
