To provide a food and drink management device that automatically calculates and manages the consumption and kind of food and drink consumed by a person on each seat.SOLUTION: Upstream-side food and drink detectors 10-a to 10-e, which are arranged on the upstream side of each seat T in a circulating conveyance passage 3, and downstream-side food and drink detectors, which are arranged on the downstream side of each seat in the circulating conveyance passage on the seat, are provided.
