SERVER DEVICE, TERMINAL DEVICE, PROGRAM OF TERMINAL DEVICE, INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM AND OPERATION METHOD

To support the reliable execution of face-to-face counseling and improve the convenience of product purchase processing based on counseling results.SOLUTION: An information processing system 1 has a server device 10, a terminal device 11 for sale, and a terminal device 12 for purchase. First, a face-to-face counseling session is held between a purchaser and a seller at a retail store 14. The seller sends counseling certification information, which includes product information about a recommended product and identification information of the purchaser, to the server device using the terminal device for sale, and the terminal device for sale obtains the purchase authorization information from the server device. The terminal device for sale of the seller provides the purchase authorization information to the terminal device for purchase of the purchaser. The purchaser uses the purchase authorization information to access the server device within the expiration date to start the purchase process. Once the purchase process is initiated, the purchaser can continue and complete the purchase of the cosmetic product, whether in or out of the retail store, and within or after the expiration date.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】対面カウンセリングの確実な遂行を支援し、カウンセリング結果に基づく商品購入処理の利便性を向上させる。【解決手段】情報処理システム１は、サーバ装置１０、販売用端末装置１１、及び購入用端末装置１２を有する。まず、購入者と販売者とが小売店舗１４で対面カウンセリングを行う。そして、販売者が販売用端末装置により推奨商品に関する商品情報と購入者の識別情報とを有するカウンセリング証明情報をサーバ装置に送り、販売用端末装置によりサーバ装置から購入許可情報を取得する。販売者の販売用端末装置から購入者の購入用端末装置に、購入許可情報が提供される。購入者は、購入用端末装置により、購入許可情報を用いてその有効期限内にサーバ装置にアクセスして購入処理を開始する。一旦購入処理を開始した後は、購入者は、小売店舗内・外、有効期限内・期限経過後を問わず、化粧品の購入処理を続行し完了することができる。【選択図】図１
