Zusammenfassung: | To measure acceleration due to vibration brought to a plant by an externally derived load with few measurement means, and furthermore to accurately evaluate the soundness of the plant.SOLUTION: A plant evaluation system comprises: an acceleration sensor 11 measuring vibration at measurement points of a building 6 and equipment appliance 7 of a plant as a time history of vibration, the vibration occurring when an externally derived load acts upon the plant; a spectrogram generation unit 13 generating a spectrogram of acceleration at the measurement points from the time history of acceleration; a spectrogram estimation unit 14 estimating a spectrogram of acceleration at non-measurement points from the spectrogram at the measurement points; an acceleration generation unit 15 generating a time history of acceleration at non-measurement points from the spectrogram at the non-measurement points; a response analysis unit 16 analyzing responses of the equipment appliance, etc., on the basis of the time history of acceleration at the measurement and non-measurement points and calculating the physical quantity required for evaluation of structure strength; and a damage evaluation unit 17 evaluating damage to the equipment appliance, etc., on the basis of the physical quantity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】外部事象による荷重がプラントにもたらす振動による加速度を、少ない計測手段で計測しつつ、プラントの健全性を正確に評価できる。【解決手段】プラントの建築物6及び設備機器7の計測点で、外部事象による荷重がプラントに作用したときの振動を加速度の時刻歴として計測する加速度センサ11と、上記加速度の時刻歴から計測点での加速度のスペクトログラムを生成するスペクトログラム生成部13と、上記計測点でのスペクトログラムから非計測点での加速度のスペクトログラムを推定するスペクトログラム推定部14と、上記非計測点でのスペクトログラムから非計測点での加速度の時刻歴を生成する加速度生成部15と、計測点及び非計測点での加速度の時刻歴に基づき設備機器等の応答を解析して構造強度評価に必要な物理量を算出する応答解析部16と、上記物理量に基づき設備機器等の損傷を評価する損傷評価部17と、を有する。【選択図】図1 |
