KNIT FABRIC QUALITY CONTROL DEVICE

To provide a knit fabric quality control device capable of accurately and quickly sorting knits manufactured by a knitting machine into non-defective products and defective products, and suppressing deterioration of yield and production efficiency due to an increase in defective products.SOLUTION: A knit fabric quality control device comprises: a measuring mechanism unit 1 including a weighbridge on which a knit fabric put out from a knitting machine and entered into a slot is placed and measuring a weight of the knit fabric placed on the weighbridge; an acceptability determination unit 52 which determines acceptability of the knit fabric on the basis of measuring results of the measuring mechanism unit 1; and a sorting mechanism unit 4 including a put-out table on which the knit fabric measured by the measuring mechanism unit 1 is placed, sorting the knit fabric placed on the put-out table into a non-defective product or a defective product on the basis of determination results of the acceptability determination unit 52, and putting out the sorted knit fabric.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】編織機で製造された編物を良品と不良品とに正確且つ迅速に選別して、不良品増加による歩留まりや生産効率の悪化を抑制可能な編織物品質管理装置を提供する。【解決手段】編織機から払い出されて投入口に投入された編織物が載置される計量台を有し、当該計量台に載置された編織物の重量を計測する計量機構部１と、計量機構部１の計量結果に基づいて編織物の良否を判定する良否判定部５２と、計量機構部１による計量後の編織物が載置される払出台を有し、当該払出台に載置された編織物を良否判定部５２の判定結果に基づいて良品と不良品とに選別して払い出す選別機構部４を備える。【選択図】図４
