PAYMENT MACHINE AND PARKING LOT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

To provide a payment machine and a parking lot management system that can identify the cause of an accident such as a vehicle or flap device in a parking space and avoid trouble with a driver.SOLUTION: A payment machine 6 has an image recording device 61 which is installed in a parking lot 2 and inputs and records a captured image including a parking space 3 taken by a camera 12 provided in the parking space 3 in the parking lot 2.
