Zusammenfassung:To provide a sinterable metal powder capable of realizing the energy conservation and high efficiency molding of a metallic member and suitably usable to small lot-wide variety metallic member production, and a metallic member molding method using the sinterable metal powder.SOLUTION: A sinterable metal powder comprises a metal powder and a combustible metal composition, the combustible metal composition at least comprises a metal oxide and a metal reducing agent, and a metallic member molding method uses the sinterable metal powder. By interposing the metal powder into a combustion reaction field of the sinterable metal composition comprising the metal oxide and the metal reduction agent, metal powder grains are sintered or melt-combined to form a metallic member with a prescribed shape in a short time.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】従来の技術に比べ、省エネルギーかつ高効率の金属部材の成形を実現でき、少ロット多品種の金属部材生産に好適に用いることができる焼結性金属粉末及び該焼結性金属粉末を用いた金属部材成形方法を提供する。【解決手段】金属粉末及び燃焼性金属組成物を含有してなる焼結性金属粉末であって、前記燃焼性金属組成物が、金属酸化物と金属還元剤とを少なくとも含むことを特徴とする焼結性金属粉末及び該焼結性金属粉末を用いた金属部材成形方法。金属酸化物と金属還元剤を含有してなる燃焼性金属組成物の燃焼反応場に金属粉末を介在させることにより、該金属粉末粒子が焼結または溶融結合し、短時間で所定の形状からなる金属部材を形成させることができる。【選択図】なし
