To provide an improved filling valve.SOLUTION: According to a filling valve for filling a container (100) with a filling product, preferably beverage, in a beverage filling system in which the filling product flows downward by spiral motion in the container (100) after coming out of an outlet port (13), the valve comprises a valve base body (10) including the outlet port (13) constituted so as to discharge the filling product to the container (100), a swirl room (11) capable of being placed in a fluid connection state with the outlet port (13) by being constituted so as to receive the filling product, and a main inlet port (12) having a configuration of introducing at least one main component of the filling product into the swirl room (11) in such a manner that the filling product is swirled in the swirl room (11) by performing injection to the swirl room (11).
