Zusammenfassung:To provide a method for leaching enargite, a poorly-soluble mineral, by bioleaching.SOLUTION: Activated carbon is added to a raw material comprising enargite, and bioleaching is performed with iron bacteria. The amount of the added activated carbon is set so that a period for which a redox potential of a leachate is 650-700 mV with respect to a standard hydrogen electrode is included in the leaching period. By bioleaching, enargite, a poorly-soluble mineral, can be leached out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】バイオリーチングにより難溶解性鉱物である硫砒銅鉱を浸出する方法を提供する。【解決手段】硫砒銅鉱を含む原料に活性炭を添加して、鉄酸化細菌によるバイオリーチングを行う。活性炭の添加量を、浸出液の酸化還元電位が標準水素電極に対して650〜700mVとなる期間が浸出期間中に含まれる量とする。バイオリーチングにより難溶解性鉱物である硫砒銅鉱を浸出できる。【選択図】図1
