Zusammenfassung: | To provide a quinacridone pigment which cannot only reduce a phosphorus content in total pigment but also suppress elution of phosphorus from a pigment surface and which is useful for use in inkjet printing.SOLUTION: There is provided a quinacridone pigment which shows a phosphorus elution amount of 100 ppm or less according to the following measurement method and a phosphorus content of 400 ppm or less. Measurement method: quinacridone pigments before and after dispersion under the following dispersion condition are subjected to measurements by an X-ray fluorescence analyzer and a difference in phosphorus contents is taken as a phosphorus elution amount. Dispersion condition: to 1 pt.wt of quinacridone pigment are added 0.1 pt.wt of IPA and 15.9 pts.wt of water, and the mixture is agitated at 20°C and is dispersed by a paint conditioner at a vibration frequency of 750 rpm for 1 hour.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 本発明が解決しようとする課題は、顔料全体におけるリンの含有量を減らすのみならず、顔料表面からのリンの溶出を抑制することができ、特にインクジェット用として有用なキナクリドン顔料を提供することにある。【解決手段】 下記測定法におけるリン溶出量が100ppm以下、且つリン含有量400ppm以下であるキナクリドン顔料を提供する。測定法:下記分散条件での分散前後のキナクリドン顔料を蛍光X線分析装置にて測定し、その前後の差をリン溶出量とした分散条件:キナクリドン顔料1重量部に対して、IPA0.1重量部、水15.9重量部を加えて20℃で混合し、ペイントコンディショナーにて振動数750rpmで1時間分散させる【選択図】 なし |
