TRAIN CONTROL DEVICE, RAILWAY VEHICLE WITH THE SAME AND TRAIN CONTROL METHOD

To provide a train control device which improves a train operation rate while reserving safety of train operation with locking and releasing of tracks.SOLUTION: A train control device 101 or 102 comprises a storage part to store position information of a train 100, track information to prescribe a train track as a connected structure of blocks with designated ranges and a control state of every mentioned blocks, and a processing part to obtain on-rail position information from information on a position and an operation direction of the train and to perform locking or releasing of blocks based on the on-rail position information and the control state of every block. In the case a block includes a turnout, the train control device constitutes the blocks from a first logical block which is set by an opening direction of the turnout and a releasing point position that is decided by a start point of the turnout or by a vehicle contact limit of the train in the block and a second logical block adjacent to the first logical block, and the processing part releases locking of the block that includes a turnout when the processing part detects the fact that a train passes the first logical block from on-rail position information of the train.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】走行路の鎖錠及び解錠を伴う列車運行の安全性を確保した上で列車の稼働率を向上させる列車制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】列車制御装置１０１又は１０２は、列車１００の位置情報、列車の走行路を所定の範囲を有するブロックの連結構造として規定する走行路情報及び当該ブロック毎の制御状態を格納する記憶部と、列車の位置及び運転方向の情報と走行路情報とから在線位置情報を求め在線位置情報及びブロック毎の制御状態に基づいてブロックの鎖錠及び解錠を実行する処理部と、を備える。ブロックが分岐器を伴う場合には、ブロックを分岐器の開通方向と分岐器の開始点又はブロック内での列車の車両接触限界により決まる解除点位置とから設定される第１の論理ブロック並びに第１の論理ブロックに隣接する第２の論理ブロックから構成し、処理部は列車の在線位置情報から列車の第１の論理ブロック通過を検知すると分岐器を伴うブロックの鎖錠を解錠する。【選択図】図１
