Zusammenfassung: | To provide a cooling device that can cool even an H-shaped steel having a thin web and a ratio of flange pressure/web thickness of 1.5 or higher so as not to cause a shape defect and that has a short cooling length and is easy to maintain.SOLUTION: A cooler 6 is for cooling an H-shaped steel 10 with a ratio of a flange thickness to a web thickness being 1.5 or higher, and has a pair of cooling water nozzles for injecting cooling water to an outer surface of a flange 11 of the H-shaped steel 10. The pair of cooling water nozzles has a fillet nozzle for forming a cooling water collision area R1 in a fillet part 13 of the flange 11 of the H-shaped steel 10 and a wide area nozzle for forming a cooling water collision area R2 including the whole cooling water collision area R1 formed by the fillet nozzle and being wider than the collision area R1 in the flange 11 of the H-shaped steel 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】ウェブが薄く且つフランジ圧/ウェブ厚比が1.5以上のH形鋼であっても、形状不良が発生しないように冷却することが可能な冷却装置であって、冷却長が短くメンテナンスが容易な装置の提供。【解決手段】冷却装置6は、ウェブ厚に対するフランジ厚の比が1.5以上であるH形鋼10を冷却するものであって、H形鋼10のフランジ11の外面へ冷却水を噴射する一対の冷却水ノズルを有し、一対の冷却水ノズルは、冷却水の衝突領域R1を、H形鋼10のフランジ11のフィレット部13に形成するフィレット用ノズルと、フィレット用ノズルが形成している冷却水の衝突領域R1全体を含み且つ当該衝突領域R1より広い冷却水の衝突領域R2を、H形鋼10のフランジ11に形成する広域用ノズルと、を有する。【選択図】図6 |
