CLEANING DEVICE FOR UNDERWATER ROPE AND METHOD THEREOF

To provide a cleaning device and a method thereof capable of highly securely removing deposits on an underwater rope.SOLUTION: In the cleaning device for an underwater rope; each of guide plates in an operation part is provided with a through hole for the rope in the center, a long nut for a feed screw rod in the vicinity of the through hole, and through holes for guide rods in the periphery; the guide rods and the feed screw rod penetrating through the guide plates are fixed to baffle plates in a deposit removing part; the guide plates and the baffle plates are arranged as parallel as possible to each other; and as the feed screw rod descends via the long nut, the baffle plates directly connected with the feed screw rod are guided by the guide rods and similarly descend along the rope. The baffle plates provided with breaking blades descend in conjunction with the descent so as to efficiently crush and remove deposits on the rope by great screw force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】海中ロープの付着物を除去する確実性の大きい清掃装置及びその方法を提供する。【解決手段】操作部における案内板には中央部にロープの貫通孔、該貫通孔の近傍に送りねじ棒用長ナット、周辺には導き棒用貫通孔を設けており、前記案内板を貫通させた導き棒と送りねじ棒を付着物除去部における邪魔板に固定し、かつ前記案内板と前記邪魔板ができるだけ平行に配置し、送りねじ棒が長ナットを介して下降すると、前記送りねじ棒が直結する邪魔板は同様に、前記導き棒に案内され、ロープにそって下降する。この下降に連動して破壊刃を備えた邪魔板が下降し、大きなねじ力によりロープの付着物を効率よく破砕、除去することを特徴とする海中ロープの清掃装置を提供する。【選択図】図２
