Zusammenfassung:	To provide a freeze dry nozzle which facilitates injection of a raw material liquid to a vacuum space, and to provide a freeze dry device.SOLUTION: A freeze dry nozzle is used to form a liquid column L1 of a raw material liquid in a vacuum space 21S to form fine grains L3, freeze dry objects of the raw material liquid, by freeze dry in the vacuum space 21S. The freeze dry nozzle has an injection port for injecting the raw material liquid into the vacuum space 21S.
