Zusammenfassung: | To provide a material that has both of mechanical characteristics of a polymer such as flexibility and wear resistance and functionalities of an inorganic filler such as thermal conductivity even with a high filler concentration.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an organic-inorganic nanocomposite in which a polymer blend containing at least one polyrotaxane or at least one polyrotaxane contains inorganic filler particles of submicron in size at a weight fraction of 50% or more and an orientation of 1.1 or more. Thus, provided is a novel material that has all of excellent thermal conductivity, mechanical characteristics and flexibility, i.e. a heat conductivity of 2-14 W/mK, a toughness of 1 MJ/m3 or more, and a Young's modulus of 200 MPa or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高フィラー濃度であってもポリマーのもつ柔軟性、耐摩耗性などの機械特性と無機フィラーのもつ熱伝導性などの機能性を併せ持つ材料を提供すること。【解決手段】1種類以上のポリロタキサンまたは1種類以上のポリロタキサンを含むポリマーブレンドに、サブミクロン以下の無機フィラー粒子を、50%以上の重量分率、1.1以上の配向度で含むことを特徴とする、有機無機ナノコンポジット。これにより、熱伝導度が2〜14W/mK、靱性が1MJ/m3以上、かつヤング率が200MPa以下という、優れた熱伝導性、機械特性および柔軟性を併せ持つ、新規な材料が提供される。【選択図】 図1 |
