Zusammenfassung:To provide mold release oil and its aerosol product capable of effectively reducing adhesion of food to a cooking device or a food mold and superior in mold releasing performance and remains preventing performance.SOLUTION: Mold release oil includes: edible fat, silicon dioxide, and sucrose fatty acid ester constituted of 20C to 24C fatty acids and in which a ratio of monoester is less than 20%. The mold release oil further includes lecithin.
