Zusammenfassung:To provide a multi-flow passage flat plate pump which dispenses with flow passage connection to a plurality of supply destinations with respect to a pump for supplying fluid such as cultivation liquid to the supply destinations, and a cell cultivation device.SOLUTION: A multi-flow passage flat plate pump comprises: an elastic flat plate 20 on which a plurality of flow passages 21 is formed in parallel with one another; a support cover part for forming a reference face by pressing one face of the elastic flat plate 20; a push-out mechanism for alternately performing blocking of the flow passages 21 elastically deformed and releasing of the flow passages 21 by pressing one face of the elastic flat plate 20 to the reference face side from the other face side, and discharging fluid flowing in the flow passages 21 to outlet sides of the flow passages 21 by moving the block state toward the outlet sides; and a control unit for adjusting flow rates of the flow passages 21 by controlling a pressing speed by the push-out mechanism to the outlet sides. In a push-out portion in which at least the block state by the push-out mechanism is formed, air holes 22 and 23 progressing along the flow passages 21 are formed at the elastic flat plate 20 at both sides of the flow passages 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】培養液などの流体を複数の供給先に対して供給を行うポンプに対し、各供給先に対する流路接続を不要とする多流路平板ポンプ及び細胞培養装置を提供すること。【解決手段】複数の流路21が並列配置された弾性平板20と、弾性平板20の一面を押えて基準面を形成する支持カバー部と、弾性平板20の他面側から基準面側に押圧して各流路21を弾性変形させた閉塞と各流路21の開放とを交互に行い、この閉塞状態を各流路21の出口側に向けて移動させることにより、各流路21に流れる流体を出口側に吐出させる押出機構と、押出機構による出口側への押圧速度を制御して各流路21の流量調整を行う制御ユニットと、を備え、弾性平板20は、少なくとも押出機構による閉塞状態が形成される押出領域において、各流路21の両側に各流路21に沿った空気孔22,23を形成している。【選択図】図4
