Zusammenfassung:To provide an ink jet recording device in which a valve part of an electromagnetic valve for an ink recovery path, which is located on the ink recovery path which connects an ink recovery pump and a gutter, does not stick due to an ink during stop of the ink jet recording device.SOLUTION: In an ink jet recording device, an ink separation chamber 208, which separates and accumulates an ink and air, is provided between a gutter 107 and an electromagnetic valve 207 for an ink recovery path. The ink jet recording device comprises: an air recovery path 218 comprising an air recovery pump 201 which sucks air in the ink separation chamber 208 and feeds the same to an ink container 101; and an ink recovery path 217 which feeds the ink in the ink separation chamber 208 to the ink recovery pump 202 via the electromagnetic valve 207 for the ink recovery path. Since the ink and air in the ink separation chamber are separately recovered by the air recovery path and the ink recovery path, air does not enter into the electromagnetic valve for the ink recovery path which is provided on the ink recovery path, and sticking of a valve part of the electromagnetic valve for the ink recovery path can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】インクジェット記録装置の停止時に、インク回収ポンプとガターを結ぶインク回収経路に配置されているインク回収経路用電磁弁の弁部がインクによって固着しないインクジェット記録装置を提供する。【解決手段】ガター107とインク回収経路用電磁弁207の間に、インクと空気を分離して貯留するインク分離チャンバ208を設け、インク分離チャンバ208内の空気を吸引してインク容器101に送る空気回収ポンプ201を備えた空気回収経路218と、インク分離チャンバ208内のインクをインク回収ポンプ202にインク回収経路用電磁弁207を介して送るインク回収経路217を備えた。インク分離チャンバのインクと空気は、空気回収経路とインク回収経路によって別々に回収されるので、インク回収経路に設けられたインク回収経路用電磁弁内には空気が侵入せず、インク回収経路用電磁弁の弁部の固着を抑制できる。【選択図】図2
