Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method that automates a scraping operation of a processed material adhered to the inside of a processing vessel, in a stirring and mixing granulator.SOLUTION: According to a method of discharging a processed material of granules from the stirring and mixing granulator, first to third stirring blades 3a to 3c are rotated by a prescribed angle, a partitioned region Ra is stopped at a discharge position P connected to a discharge exit 12, in the partitioned region Ra, by an action of a robot arm, and the processed product is discharged by scraping to the discharge exit 12 with a scraping jig. Thereafter, the first to third stirring blades 3a to 3c are intermittently rotated such that partitioned regions Rb, Rc stop sequentially at the discharge position P, and in the partitioned regions Rb, Rc stopped at the discharge position P, due to an action of the robot arm, the processed product is discharged by scraping to the discharge exit 12 with the scraping jig.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】撹拌混合造粒装置において、処理容器内に付着した処理品の掻き取り作業を、自動化する。【解決手段】撹拌混合造粒装置から粉粒体の処理品を排出する方法では、第1〜第3撹拌羽根3a〜3cを所定角度回転させ、区画領域Raを排出口12に繋がる排出位置Pに停止させ、区画領域Raにおいて、ロボットアームの動作により、掻き取り治具で前記処理品を排出口12に掻き寄せて排出する。その後、区画領域Rb,Rcが、順次、排出位置Pに停止するように第1〜第3撹拌羽根3a〜3cを間欠的に回転させて、排出位置Pに停止した区画領域Rb,Rcにおいて、前記ロボットアームの動作により、前記掻き取り治具で前記処理品を前記排出口12に掻き寄せて排出する。【選択図】図10 |
