Zusammenfassung:To provide a sustained release covered food powder aggregate in wich active ingredients are gradually released in digestive organs, and a health food containing the same.SOLUTION: The sustained release covered food powder aggregate is an aggregate of sustained release covered food powder 11 in which a food nucleus 12 having a diameter of 1 μm to 1 mm containing active ingredients is covered with an edible covering material layer 13. One food nucleus 12 is substantially a covering unit, and a surface of one food nucleus 12 is individually covered with the edible covering material layers 13. The edible covering material layers 13 contain edible protein. When using an elution test first liquid up to 2 hours since the start of the test and using an elution test second liquid up to 2 to 24 hours since the start of the test, an elution rate of the components in the food nucleus after 2 hours since the start of the test is 20 mass% or less, and an elution rate of the components in the food nucleus after 6 hours since the start of the test is 20 mass% or more and 80 mass% or less.
